Fit2gether
The Fit2gether project gives you lots of chances to try new sports and physical activities whilst having fun and making friends. It is very important for us to do some physical activity each week as this keeps us fit and healthy and can boost our mood. All activities can be done at your own pace!

Activities are rotated throughout the year depending on the season and instructor availability. Activities usually include Zumba, Martial Arts, Yoga, Football, Sailing, Golf, Badminton and Swimming Sessions.

Over 50s
This group is for people aged 50 and over. We have a regular Art Group that has produced artwork which has been displayed at exhibitions, won awards and made into greetings cards.
We also host a monthly supper club where the members get to socialise with friends, have a meal and take part in games.

How do I join?

If you would like more details or would like to join email Project Support on projectsupport@barnetmencap.org.uk or call 0208 349 3842.  They will arrange for one of the COPs team to meet with you and talk about COPS and/or Fit2gether. If you decide you would like to join, you can take (or send) the completed application form and the payment to the office. Details of activities will then be sent to you every month.
