Support Tenant

Equality Housing is a dynamic supported living project for adults with learning disabilities.

We have a room to let in one of our shared houses in North Finchley and are looking for an enthusiastic individual to live alongside our six tenants with learning disabilities who are supported by our team to achieve independence. As a support tenant, in return for a subsidised rent, you will be required to be available to interact with the tenants for one hour a day and help in emergencies.

The contract will be for one year initially, with a probationary period of three months, and you will receive support from the Manager.

This vacancy would suit someone who is studying for a career in social care or who enjoys working with people and would like to make a contribution to the community.
